Recipes: Honey Glazed Lamb Stir Fry

Serves 4

You will need:

450g lamb - boneless
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
3 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp Boyne Valley Honey
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and black pepper


Cut the lamb into thin strips.

Heat the wok and add oil.

When the oil is hot, stir fry the lamb until browned all over.

Remove from the wok and keep warm.

Add the spring onions to the hot wok and stir fry fro 30 seconds.

Return the lamb to the wok and add honey, lemon juice,
chopped coriander and sesame seeds and season well.

Stir thoroughly to mix.

Bring to the boil then allow to bubble vigorously for 1 minute
until the lamb is completely coated in the honey mixture, then serve.
