Recipes: Good Morning Honey Smoothie

 

You will need:
250 ml low-fat milk 
250 ml low-fat yoghurt 
2 tablespoons crushed ice 
2 tablespoons Boyne Valley Honey 
1 banana 
1 tablespoon wheat germ or oat bran

 

 

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Add extra fruit if preferred.
