Recipes: Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Serves 4

You will need:

450g chicken wings
1 tablespoon Boyne Valley Squeezy honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
2 inches ginger chopped finely

Directions:

Combine the honey, soy sauce, salt, chilli powder and ginger in a bowl.

Place the chicken wings in an oven proof dish. 

Pour the marinade over the chicken wings
and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Remove from fridge and bake them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees
Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Serve Hot.
