Recipes: Honey Garlic Chicken Skewers

Serves 3-4

You will need:

2 tbsps Boyne Valley Honey
4 tbsps ketchup
4 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
2 tsps Dijon mustard
2 tsps hot pepper sauce
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into strips.
Water to soak skewers

Directions:

Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for at least 20 minutes

In a bowl, mix together honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,
mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.

Add chicken to the bowl and stir until well combined cover
and marinade for 20-30 minutes.

Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers.

Grill for 5 - 10 minutes turning occasionally until cooked through and well browned.
